Circ-Boost Webinar Recording Now Available: Rebuilding the Future with Circular Innovation in Belgrade

Belgrade, April 2025 – The Circ-Boost project is pleased to announce that the full recording of its recent webinar, “Rebuilding the Future: Circular Innovation in the 3R Modular House,” is now available on YouTube.

This webinar showcases Pilot 3 of the Circ-Boost project, based in Belgrade, Serbia, where partners are demonstrating how circular principles can be applied in real-world construction through the innovative 3R Modular House.

The session brought together experts from:

  • University of Belgrade – Faculty of Civil Engineering
  • Penta Ge.Co. Construction
  • Beam Europe
  • Serbia Green Building Council

Together, they discussed how reused materials — such as steel, brick, recycled aggregates, and fly ash concrete — can play a vital role in creating modular, prefabricated building systems that are scalable and adaptable to different urban contexts.

Key highlights include:

  • Insights into circular construction methods tailored to the Balkan region
  • Technical challenges and solutions from both academic and industry perspectives
  • Practical applications and policy relevance for circularity in buildings

The webinar is part of the wider efforts of the Circ-Boost project to accelerate the uptake of circular business models in the construction sector, through five pilot projects across Europe.
